Really enjoyed its very attentive staff.
I asked for a double room and the one given was spotless and new-fashioned. The hotel had good location not far from the Leukerbad Therme, cable car station and restaurants and shops. Good service, although a few employees were not very friendly...

The hotel is well-kept and in an excellent area, very close to the thermal spas and the spa. the staff are the best and excellent people. - the room is modern, brand-new, and great, and the bathroom is large. - the hotel has a central location close to Maria Hilf church.

Comfortable Hotel, served an excellent buffet breakfast, my daughter and I are veggie and we were well catered for.On site parking was really useful. Good location for spa's - reason for our visit.
My husbands bed was really creaky! I was concerned regarding the lift - there was a door to enter the lift and a door to exit but inbetween floors occupants in the lift were exposed to the wall. Possible hazard for families with small children.

The room was spotless and perfect and also had bathtubs. Our accommodation was set in a central location close enough to a restaurant with a marvelous chef. We found Gilji's Take-Away close by for short-orders.

Good location: city center, same distance to terms & cable cars - around 5-7 min walk. Migros supermarket is in the same building. Very helpful and friendly personnel in the hotel. Overall one of best for 3star in town.
Some rooms are still outdated. Heating is not always perfect. No internet. a bit overpriced for the quality provided.

The room we stayed in was super clean, had a spacious bathroom, and even a big balcony for chill time outdoors. They provided a TV and radio, which was a nice touch. the location was awesome, not too far from the Torrent Cablecar:)))

Overpriced for what is offered: rooms was spacious but did not have a double bed - they put two beds together but there was a 15 cms gap in between. Mattresses were of different height and quality. They claimed that it was possible t use the termal baths of a sister hotel, but when we arrvied no one told us anything about itm including the name of the sister hotel. Breakfast is very basic - nothing to write home about. Upon checking out they tried to charge us one extra night. The hotel restaurant serves good food but service is really poor and at least one person who works there (posssibly the owner) very rude. Two out of the three dishes we orderedone day came out wrong from the kitchen and this man got very upset with us for this. We would not return there.

Fantastic location! Nice staff and lovely bathroom with plenty of hot water! Breakfast was of good standard.
I think a fridge in the room would have been useful. It would have been nice to have one of the rooms with a balcony.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of town, with a perfect location near the main attractions and amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a great balcony that offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The attention to detail is evident, from the modern furnishings to the well-maintained twin beds. The breakfast provided exceeds expectations, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste.
No issues. Everything exceeded expectations.

Hotel is 'down town', close to Burgerbad and cable car.
Room was not equipped with 21st century features, like water cooker for tea&coffee, bathroom did not have complimentary soap-gels etc. Style is outdated.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Romerhof. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the thermal baths and close to the town center. The room was newly renovated and the bedding was crisp and cozy. We also loved the delicious meals served in the street level restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.
